was founded in 2011 in Shenzhen, China — the heart of the world's
electronics manufacturing supply chain. RIDA is a nationally
recognized high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D,
manufacturing and sales of satellite positioning and wireless
communication antennas. With 15 years of dedicated antenna
expertise, RIDA is one of the few antenna manufacturers in China
certified to IATF16949 (automotive quality), ISO9001 and ISO14001
simultaneously.
RIDA has always adhered to the principle of "innovation first,
service foremost," investing heavily in R&D with customer
satisfaction as our core goal. We now serve eight major industry
segments — IoT, Connected Vehicle (IoV), UAV/Drones, Smart
Agriculture, Surveying & Mapping, Security & Surveillance, Smart
Energy, and Asset Tracking — with products exported worldwide.
Factory & Production Capacity
RIDA operates an in-house factory of 5,000 m² with 500+ employees —
a fully integrated manufacturing plant covering R&D, tooling,
injection molding, SMT, assembly, testing and packaging (we are a
real factory, not a trading company). Our production lines are
built to high-standard cleanroom design with advanced
temperature/humidity control and air purification, meeting
dust-free, constant-temperature and constant-humidity standards.
The assembly lines have a designed capacity of 50,000 units per
day, managed under lean production and Six Sigma quality control,
with ERP and MES systems enabling intelligent, traceable management
from incoming materials to outgoing finished goods.
Key production equipment includes fully automatic wire-harness
lines, automatic welding machines, ultrasonic stamping machines,
automatic packaging machines, plastic pressing machines, terminal
machines and wire stripping machines — with critical processes
automated to ensure stable, consistent delivery on bulk orders.
Product Lines
We offer six core product families covering the vast majority of
satellite-positioning and wireless-communication scenarios, all
available with on-demand customization:
① RTK High-Precision Antennas — compass, compact aviation,
automotive console and UAV helix antennas; multi-band GPS L1/L2/L5,
GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo; axial ratio ≤1.5dB; for surveying, drones
and precision agriculture.
② GPS/BeiDou Antennas — external, ceramic patch, mushroom and
base-station antennas; dual-mode GPS/BeiDou with built-in high-gain
LNA; for vehicle navigation, asset tracking and portable devices.
③ Combination Antennas — 2-in-1, 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 (GNSS+4G+WiFi
multi-band integrated); one device, multiple functions; for
telematics, shared mobility and smart metering in space-constrained
designs.
④ Vehicle Antennas — shark-fin, roof-mount, radio and DAB antennas;
manufactured under automotive-grade IATF16949; operating
temperature -40℃ to +95℃, IP68; for OEM/aftermarket passenger and
commercial vehicles.
⑤ Communication Antennas — fiberglass, rubber duck, directional and
magnetic-mount antennas; covering 4G/5G broadband, NB-IoT, Cat.1,
WiFi, LoRa and 433/868/915MHz; for base stations, gateways and
outdoor equipment.
⑥ OEM/ODM Customization — custom frequency, gain, connector
(SMA/IPEX/FAKRA etc.), cable length, housing material and IP
rating; 3-day fast sampling; fully in-house process for quality and
lead-time control.
Quality & Certifications
Quality is the lifeline of antenna manufacturing. RIDA is certified
to IATF16949:2016 (automotive), ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. In
process control we fully implement SPC statistical process control
and CPK process capability analysis, operate a four-stage
inspection system — IQC incoming inspection, IPQC in-process
inspection, FQC final inspection and OQC outgoing inspection —
supported by GR&R measurement system analysis, 8D
problem-solving and a supplier management system, ensuring
end-to-end control and traceability from raw materials to finished
goods.
Every antenna batch is subject to rigorous RF performance testing
(gain, VSWR, efficiency, etc.) and reliability validation before
shipment, meeting the demanding durability requirements of
automotive, industrial and outdoor applications.
